For a page to receive this
award it has to be an excellent, in my
opinion site. If I find one really cool
thing on it that just strikes my fancy,
then the page might just get this award.
However, I'm
finicky like any good cat is and my tastes vary.
So the more creative and interesting a page is,
the more I like it.
